Your booking is only secured once you have signed the booking form and paid a 50% deposit. This can be done via bank transfer to our account at Raiffeisenbank im Walgau.

PAYMENT
Payment is due upon booking. You can pay by bank transfer. The amount will be charged at the time of booking. Any additional costs incurred during your stay may be charged upon departure.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
You are welcome to check into your chalet from 3:00 PM. Upon departure, we ask that you vacate the chalet by 10:00 AM at the latest so that we have enough time to prepare for our new guests. Thank you for your understanding!
